Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using PomoDetox ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aydindie ("we," "us," or "our").

PomoDetox is a productivity application that provides:

• A Pomodoro technique timer with customizable focus and break durations
• Detox Mode feature that displays a full-screen overlay to minimize distractions
• Session tracking and progress monitoring
• Notifications for timer status

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of productivity and focus enhancement
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Grant necessary permissions for the App to function properly

You understand and agree that:

• Detox Mode is an optional feature that you choose to enable
• You should not enable Detox Mode in situations where you may need immediate access to your phone (e.g., expecting emergency calls)
• We are not responsible for any missed calls, messages, or notifications during Detox Mode
• You can always exit Detox Mode by holding anywhere on the screen for 3 seconds

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by aydindie and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AYDINDIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
